Our principles
HappyJob uses birth date and time to help people fit their work and their teams. Everyone with an account accepts these five principles before starting.

We use it to arrange teams, not to judge ability
Our results say who suits which seat and who works well together. They never say who is capable. Ability is judged by experience, work and interviews alone.

Birth data belongs to its owner
Your birth date and time are never shown to employers or anyone else. An employer sees only how well you fit a team, and only after you allow that company.

Consent first, withdrawable any time
Each time you apply to a new company you choose whether it may see your team fit. Change your mind in My account, and delete your account with all its data yourself.

Never used to reject, dismiss or disadvantage anyone
Every employer makes this commitment before opening a company account. There is no button to reject or rank applicants by our results. Companies that break it are closed.

The system suggests, people decide
Our results are input, such as who to pair up or which day suits a start. Every decision is made by people.
