Our service

HappyJob lets employers post jobs and job seekers apply for them, with free astrology tools that show the careers, interview hours, places and times that favour you.

Our principles

Every account must accept the five principles on our principles page (happyjob.app/principles) before using HappyJob. If you don’t accept them we can’t serve you, and you can delete your account right away. If we change the principles materially, we will ask you to accept them again.

Your account

• The details you sign up with must be true, and you are responsible for keeping your password safe.
• Use one account per person, and never use someone else’s.

For employers

• Job postings must be real, accurately described, and must not discriminate unlawfully.
• Never charge applicants money in exchange for a job.
• Use applicant data only to consider them for the job, and protect it as personal data protection law requires.
• Employer commitment: before opening a company account you commit, on the company’s behalf, never to use any HappyJob result to reject, dismiss or disadvantage anyone. Our results support arranging teams only. Companies that break this are closed.
• Inviting people who are open to work: only to invite them to a real job. Never repeatedly, to harass, or for marketing.

Plans, payment and refunds

• The free plan has no time limit. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in Thai baht, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we never hold your card number. Receipts and plan changes are on the Plans and billing page.
• Cancel at any time. Cancelling within the first 7 days of a billing period refunds the remaining days pro rata; later cancellations run to the end of the period and do not renew.
• On a downgrade, your existing jobs, teams and data stay; new ones follow the new plan’s limits.
• Referral credits only reduce plan fees, cannot be paid out, and may be withdrawn if misused.

For job seekers

• The information in your applications must be true.
• An application scheduled for an auspicious time is sent within a few minutes after that time. You can send it right away or withdraw it before then.
• Hiring decisions belong to the employer. HappyJob is not a party to any employment contract.

Astrology results

Results from the astrology tools are traditional insight to support your decisions, not professional advice, and they do not guarantee any application, negotiation or career outcome. Every decision remains yours.

What is not allowed

• Posting false, misleading or unlawful content, or content that infringes others’ rights.
• Scraping the site, sending spam, or trying to access systems or data that are not yours.

Anyone can report a suspicious job or company with the Report button. We review reports within 2 working days and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

Limitation of liability

We provide the service as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available but cannot promise it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for job postings written by employers or for the outcome of any agreement between employers and applicants.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the effective date on this page. Continuing to use HappyJob after that means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by Thai law.
